Hailing from Plattsburgh, NY, the Wickmoore Jazz Trio is comprised of brothers Nelson and Eli Moore on drums and bass respectively, combined with Vihan Wickramasinghe on piano. Together, the three rip through jazz standards, funk favorites, and contemporary staples alike. The trio's musical explorations stemmed from their time spent together as members of the Plattsburgh State Mambo Combo, and have since expanded into ventures with groups versed in funk, soul, gospel, hip hop, and psychedelic rock.
